Veg All Casserole
As I promised earlier today I am posting my Grandmother Oliver's recipe for Veg All Casserole. I don't think that it was any good because there is none of it left. My Turkey and dressing turned out good. We made a mushroom gravy that was tasty too. We just finished eating and now looking for a movie to watch.
2 cans Veg-all (drained) 3/4 c. mayonaise
1 c. chopped water chestnuts 1 stack of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 c. chopped onions 1 stick of butter (melted)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Mix crackers and butter together and sprinkle over vegetables.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
