Happy Thanksgiving
Well I was talking to my family earlier today to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving. About an hour after I hung up the phone rang. It was my parents calling back. My brother in law was trying to remove spyware from their computer. He was walking my mom through it. She would check the object and then she would un check it so it was not being removed. I talked my brother in law through it fairly easily. My brother in law said earlier this year he had problems with pop up spyware on his computer at work. He said everytime he tried to remove it more would show up. He finally had to have tech support come and remove it. I guess about once a year he has to have tech support come and clean up his computer as he put it. I am going to cut this short because I need to go into the kitchen to fix our turkey breast, cornbread dressing, and vegall casserole. I will post my casserole recipe later today. I am not really using a recipe for the turkey breast. I made some garlic herb butter to put under the skin of the turkey and cook it. The cornbread dressing is a family recipe from way back. As long as I can remember my grandmother would make cornbread dressing at thanksgiving and Christmas. My recipe is scaled down from what my grandmother made. She was cooking for large crowds. We used to spend thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family. So it was the 5 of us plus all my aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. It was easily 20 to 30 people sometimes more if all of them showed up.
