Upper respiratory infections really are a bummer. Tuesday night I went to my dad’s for Shrimp and Grits. I told my husband that night I could feel a sore throat coming on. I woke up yesterday morning feeling very crappy and this morning even worse. I went to work and around 2 i had had enough and left to go to the Dr office. I wound up waiting about 2 hrs before I saw the Dr who gave me a prescription for nasonex and Allegra. I presented my id card at the pharmacy only to find out that our prescription drug coverage is not the same as our medical insurance. I called my hubby to find out if he had the card with him. He didn’t so I had to pay full price for my medicine. One of my prescriptions was $96.50 and that was for nasonex if I had had my card I would have only paid $28.00 for that and $28 for the Allegra. As it stands now I have to submit for reimbursement now since I did not have or know about the separate card. Funny thing is I deal with things like that on a daily basis. I am constantly telling people that they need to contact their employer to find out who their prescription drug benefit is with because it is not always included with your medical benefits.
Blog Anniversary Milestone

Looking through my archives I found how short my posts were and how few and far between they are in some spots as well. When my husband and I set up our blogs all those years ago not many people knew what blogs were. Now everyone has one. Okay, well maybe not everyone my parents do not have one nor do I see either of them getting one anytime soon. It is amazing to see what people blog about. I read a long list of blogs religiously but have never been able to blog what I would call consistently. As much as I enjoy it it seems a lot of people get tired of...
