While industry pundits are busy scooping NBC's defacto cancellation of Studio 60, die-hard fans are having none of it. As Monday's show aired, a new "Save Studio 60" petition was put up at http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/Save-NBC-Studio-60. That petition has attracted 3000 signatures in the first day and looks to be picking up steam. Since this was posted on Digg and I signed the petition it had over 5000 signatures. I am glad that we do not live here. Every time they report snow in other states my dad says to me I bet you are glad you don’t live there anymore. I spent 8 winters in places where it snows. When I was a kid I used to always want snow but after 8 winters I am glad that I moved back to an area that freaks out when they get ice or a flake of snow. We had a couple of rounds of sleet and freezing rain this morning. I decided to take another route since the road that I normally take has bridges and over passes on it. I put my car in 4 wheel drive and headed out but the further from my house and closer to town I got the worse the roads were. By the time I had turned around the elevated portions of the interstate that I drive everyday and the elevated portions of the parkway had closed because there were so many accidents.
